Our Mission

Pensmore™ is a large residential chateau under construction in the Ozark mountains between Springfield and Branson, MO. But it is much more than that, for Pensmore™ represents what we believe will be a practical application of new technologies to bring to life a modern version of the Jeffersonian ideal of the self-sufficient sustainable estate.

At a time when traditional energy sources have become increasingly expensive and unreliable, Pensmore™ seeks to implement and showcase a variety of cost-effective, cutting-edge, green building technologies with immediate practical application in the real world. Some of its features include:
